I had an amazing time at the hotel, with stunning rooms and beautiful dining options that made my stay feel luxurious. However, the lack of air conditioning during the hot months was a significant drawback, and access for individuals with disabilities could use improvement. The staff was attentive, but not all were fluent in English, which created some challenges during my spa appointments.

The room I stayed in was stunningly decorated, but I found the bed to be a bit lacking in comfort. The location is perfect for outdoor activities, especially hiking in the surrounding Black Forest, but access may be limited for those with mobility challenges.
